After a long vetting process, we went with Kitchen Aid. This refrigerator is awesome! It's the perfect size to hold all our groceries. It keeps everything at the proper temperature. We love the design, the many compartments and all of the features it has to offer. The kids love the automatic water dispenser. We also purchased the matching wall oven, cooktop and dishwasher to complete our kitchen. These are state of the art appliances! We made the right choice.

Size- it's huge
Design/layout - pretty good. Only down is the inside door shelves don't adjust. Only way to adjust to leave one door shelf out. One plus side the top door shelf you can put steak sauce bottles upright with no problem closing the door.
Herb drawer - nice little drawer that keeps herbs fresh. Unlike other fridges my cilantro is still fresh after several days in the compartment.
Ice machine - a bit loud at first until you get use to the sound it makes, making ice.
Water dispenser - Easy to use, less pressure needed to fill up glass.
Water filter- Easy access to put in and take out. No bending over required.
Freezer - three drawers. Two small drawers great for frozen vegetables, small boxes and meats. The bottom one is huge. Drawer is one huge plastic bin with three sub compartments. The middle compartment is great for pints/ half gallon of ice cream.
There is also a hidden pizza box area too.

Magnetic too, most Stainless steel fridges are not magnetic.
Cons - Finger prints yep, the fingers prints do show up. If you use the handles it's not so noticeable. With a little Stainless cleaner it's back to it's normal shine.
Does dent easy. First one had a dent in the bottom door.
Over all, it's stunning to look at, will definitely be a social talking point when you have guest over.

Service was ok (1/2 hour after promised time... ok unless your on call at work and had back up during the promised time) I am still figuring the shelf heights to get what works best for me. Almost need to take one out to fit bigger stuff. Using the slide back shelf for taller stuff right now. Love the look of the Black stainless. Freezer is great. Still filling it. Still have not figured the best use for draws but I did give my daughter one for all her vegan stuff. The other is destined to son's stuff.

The produce drawer really does an excellent job on keeping items fresher. Love the design of the lower freezer, especially the more efficient storage option for pizzas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the fridge in 2016 around August and had issues with keeping the correct temp in the freezer. Company was kind enough to replace that unit on/about Dec. 2016. Just recently the replacement started having ice form in the freezer.

The specialty drawers are perfect. soft drinks are ice cold and conveniently located in a drawer so you don't even have to open a door to get one. The freeze has a special place just for pizzas to be stored. With two drawers inside the freezer everything is conveniently located.
