[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have purchased Kenmore Elite and had terrible trouble with it and a GE Profile that was not ergonomically efficient and my Kitchenaid has them beat!!!! The only con is the water/ice dispenser is loud! Otherwise, it is sleek and awesome, especially the self closing drawers on the outside.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 6 months in with our new frig and it never gets old coming home and opening up the beautiful doors to get a cold drink or snack. Kitchenaid out did this one. The design is simple but will never be out dated as time goes by. The reviews I've read where others are not so impressed must have ordered over the phone site unseen and didn't get opportunity to open the doors, push the buttons on the dispenser before shelling out this amount of money. Kitchenaid, you cant satisfy everyone but you have made me and my kitchen very happy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love all the Kitchen Aid appliances I bought with the exception of the refrigerator. It works perfectly, there is tons of space in the freezer and for vegetables and cheese, etc., but I just don't like the door design. Having the door close in the middle, means that I have difficulty getting food out without opening both doors. I'm not really used to this design and find it a little awkward. Also, the 'chrome' parts are a little flimsy and cheap to me. I think they will present problems in the future. Functionally, this frig is great, it's just a design preference I guess...
