[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After the refrigerator was set up we were told to wait 24 hours for ice cubes. The unit never made ice. We took temperature and freezer was not cold enough. We called store and they sent repairman. Technician said unit was not repairable and needed to be returned. We also noticed that the KitchenAid. Emblem on the bottom was slightly crooked. We bought an LG less expensive unit instead

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] very unhappy with my new kitchen aid, they construction on this fridge is very poor, can still see where the glue was placed on the doors and hinges, plastic pieces in the corner where the hinges are. just looks like a cheap fridge instead of a kitchen aid fridge that i have had in the past

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this fridge for about a month. Love it. It is large enough to hold everything, even from a big box store run. Love the extra drawer and pizza storage in the freezer. I also really like the separate smaller drawers. One extra for produce, and we use the other programmable drawer for cold drinks. It keeps them really cold! I have yet to fully fill it up. Note, this is a large unit. It is not counter depth, and does stick out, but I love how much it holds, so that is a not a deterrent for me.

The lighting on the shelves make everything clearly visible and that's it so easy to find what your looking for. Also the design of the unit is durable and has the whole family in mind.
My only improvement I would as for is would be to work on reducing the ice maker noise, however the Kitchen Aid is no more noisy than any other refrigerator.

It's great for kids' snacks. The extra drawers in the freezer are lovely for organizing. I also love that there is a separate pizza are in the freezer that is perfect!
