It runs quietly, the lighting on the interior of the fridge is great, it is a nice looking fridge, we got it in the black stainless steel, and has the industrial looking handles. It makes ice like a dream and is very quiet. We really like the 2 separate produce drawers. We are very happy with this purchase.

The easy slide drawers, the pizza box (and all the storage levels in the freezer). This Refrigerator is big! Deep shelves allow you to store lots of thinks from veggies (Whole) to bottles of Bloody Mary Mix (hey, they are delicious!). THe lighting inside gives it a really elegant feel. Trust me, you will be hard pressed to find another fridge that looks like royalty when you open the doors.
I love the programmable water dispenser as well. (great for Camelbaks!). The convenience to choose from shredded ice to whole, and many many more features. This is worth every penny.

Having come from a "side by side" refrigerator, I was worried that I wouldn't have enough space for all of my veggies, deli meat, water, sodas and miscellaneous stuff. This refrigerator has enough space for everything! The one drawer that offers 5 preset temperatures - meat/fish, drinks, greens/herbs, deli/cheese, thaw/marinate is amazing! It can be used for everything. This refrigerator also features the Preserva® Food Care System which uses two independent cooling systems to help keep food fresh longer, The other drawer includes a produce preserver that keeps all of your produce fresh longer. I also love the three drawers in the freezer. One drawer for frozen veggies, one drawer for frozen meats and the large drawer for everything else. The pizza box storage area is also a great addition. The adjustable spill resistant shelves make storing items a breeze. You never lose anything pushed to the back of the fridge. The herb storage is also a nice touch, allowing you to keep your fresh herbs FRESH.

KitchenAid designed of the five door was well thought out! We use the two middle drawers quite often instead of opening the main top two doors of the refrigerator. Now, since everything is well organized; I can see everything in the refrigerator & freezer! I have many other KitchenAid appliances.I even have a 1943 KitchenAid mixer,
