[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased in early August but due to appliance supplier we purchased through didn't take possession until November 12th! Once connected to water supply we found that the water/ice dispenser doesn't shut off. So if guests use it and walk away it floods. Now have non functioning ater/ice dispenser. Control panel for the dispenser randomly is dead and non responsive. The top inner freezer drawer front panel falls off when you go to pull it out because body of drawer is wrapped and drawer front won't clip on. Middle left drink, meat drawer seeks loudly everything it closes. Pretty scarry after only being installed for a few Weeks! Will see if Kitchenaid stands behind their product. We bought a Kitchenaid Dishwasher at same time and just connected it, hopefully with better Luck! My wife is a kitchen and interior designer, won't be recommending Kitchenaid anytime soon.Would love to here from a Kitchenaid rep, but how often does that Happen?!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We picked out this KitchenAid refrigerator because of the two vegetable drawers under the main doors. As vegetarians, be keep a lot of fresh vegetables on-hand and when cooking, we are in and out of the fridge many times. These drawers hold a lot, can be controlled separate from the main box, and keep us from having to open the doors a lot. The only issue that keeps it from being 5 stars has to do with the leveling legs in the front. They are used mainly by the set-up guys for keeping the doors at a uniform line. If you try to level the unit with them, the doors will look racked. This can be a problem if you need to level the unit as we do. Because our floor is not level, one door won't stay open and one door won't close by itself.
