I originally wanted a built-in but decided against it due to cubic space (smaller) and cost. The Kitchen Aid combined the high end design and look along with the functionality I expected. The cost was almost half that of the built-in models. Interior shelving can be moved around to accommodate your needs at different times (ie: parties, cakes, etc.) The bottom freezer is spacious and easy to access. The water dispenser is a little on the messy side if you are using a smaller cup because the water tends to spray a bit out of the dispenser. Other than that, we've been very happy with this refrigerator so far.

I was skeptical about the bottom freezer, but it's one of my favorite features ! Also the drawers for fruits and vegetables makes them easier to see and reach.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this refrigerator about 3 months ago and have been really disappointed with how loud it is at times. Perhaps something is wrong with it but the freezer motor makes way too much noise. And the freezer door doesn't open and close easily like one would expect.
