I love the fact that I don't need a counter to pour my drink because I can use the drawers to place my glass as I pour. I love the separation of a separate drawer so my husband knows just where to go for his lunchmeat. I love the sliding section that I use for quick grab items such as cream cheese and butter. I love the fact that it's black so it matches my black kitchen yet still has a modern look to it. I especially love the third row storage in the freezer (now I use it just for ice) because I know that someday my husband will hook up the water line for the ice maker! I love the self close drawers because not everyone shuts the drawers all of the time, and if they forget to shut the door a friendly alarm chimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my new house in sept 2016 and I am absolutely in love! I love the industrial look which fits perfectly with my kitchen design! I love the separate drawers so I don't have to open the entire fridge to get the most common items! The water leaked a bit inside of the fridge but hubby read the manual and diagnosed that there was water in the airline. So he just flushed it out and no more leaking inside of the fridge! Love love love this fridge! The freezer has great storage as well! Love the pizza slots!

We had service come out and look at it, they said we have too much water pressure. They turn it down so it doesn't make noise and it takes 2 1/2 minutes to fill a 20 oz container. Wish it could be fixed.

So you replaced the Refrigerator with a new one. Guess what??? The Ice maker leaks on this one too,the repair man is back! On his second trip! Lots of frost and condensation in this freezer as well.
