The extra feature of slide back upper tray works for ice tea pitcher or extra milk. Love the ease of electronic controls on door facing. Very user friendly. Cons: Forfeit door shelf space sizes for extra 2 outer drawers, only refrigerator I ever purchased that did not come with an egg tray.

Instead of Kitchenaide honoring their rebate, I was told on the phone "too bad". Really!?! After buying 2 refrigerators and all 4 of our appliances from you guys? Last KitchenAide appliance I will ever buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the KitchenAid multi door refrigerator about two months ago, and we are very happy with the purchase. We like the two motors each powering the refrigerator and the freezer, the auto close meat and produce drawers, and the deep freezer compartment with two extra pull-out drawers. Also, we like the two crisper drawers and extra slide bin to store herbs or other smaller items.
