[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased three months ago. After reading reviews about product, I was a little nervous. But, we have had no problems with performance so far! One of the past complaints was the noise of ice maker. We did not use the ice maker on our old fridge for several years. So, I do notice when it comes on to dump ice. I can definitely hear it, but don't think its abnormally loud compared to other fridges, and it is a brief noise! As far as storage goes, you do have to play around with shelves, if you typically have several large containers that go in your fridge. Ex: milk, juice, tea pitcher, etc. It takes a little creativity! But, we eventually just took out one of the shelves. If your family doesn't need a lot of tall space, it will be perfect, as is. Love all of the other storage space, and bottom freezer! Overall I love the fridge, and would recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought is about six months ago. It's a great fridge, lots of space. However, the design of the freezer door is off. It does not line up with the other doors. We've had Whirlpool send another door, but it appears to be a design flaw. Also, the water dispenser is not the greatest. It splatters quite a bit, the tray doesn't stay in place very well. I would give it a 5 star rating if not for these two things. It also seems to make more noise when filling icemaker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the features of this unit. Having separate pull out deli and produce drawers is so convenient. When you open the main doors, it is like you opened a stage play in front of you with the built in light display. I can easily see where everything is inside. The freezer is well configured with two additional horizontal pull outs, so that you are not having to dig through other items to find what you want. You can easily store frozen pizza in this unit, which is impossible in some other units. Very stylish and fits in well with our newly remodeled kitchen. Even the ice cubes are different from most units. They are slightly smaller, which works better in most drinks, and virtually eliminates the possibility of ice cube jams.

The style is very nice, I wasn't sure on the Black Stainless Steel; but I am now as it doesn't show fingerprints and smudges as regular Stainless does.

We liked the styling of Kitchen Aid so we went with their products for replacements. Their styling is second to none and the performance seems to be the same.
