[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the space and organization this refrigerator offers with the adjustable shelves and many drawers, especially the drawers in the freezer. This is also the first fridge we have found with the water and ice dispenser that doesn't eat up most of the interior storage area. It is extremely quite and the new LED lighting makes the interior so bright and easy to see the contents.

Freezer "froze up" with icicles on the rubber seal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought the refrigerator about 3 months ago, and soon within a week the freezer leaked waters coming out. I set the freezer at 0-degree Celcius. Thinking the freezer might not be set low enough in temperature, and now I set it at minus 2 degree celcius. Now icicles are regularly formed on the rubber seals on the door. Just called the customer service and they told me they couldn't find my registration eventhough I specifically registered online for four products that i bought together: refrigerator, built-in microwave, built-in oven and dishwasher.
Very disappointing! The customer service (based in Michigan) was not very apologetic at all when she couldn't find my record and kept asking me about the serial numbers!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's great until you don't replace the water filter

Does exactly what it's supposed to do UNTIL, I didn't replace the water filter on time, and now it's stopped making ice. Downloaded manual, tried to reset the filter until my new filter order is delivered, but not happening. Memorial Holiday weekend and I'm running to the store for ice. Almost $4000 for a fridge and when you need it most, because of lousy filter replacement, it stops making ice. Technology is great when it works, but when it controls your life...makes you wonder.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the unit for about a month now, working great. Freezer on the bottom is very convenient as are the deli and produce drawers. It's deeper than our old reefer so it sticks out a little but the superior arrangement is worth it. I have no reservations with the unit and would but it again. Looking forward to never changing light bulb with the new led lights!
