[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, my husband likes side by sides so that is what we had in the past. I hate them. I refused to buy another one and refused to fix the ice maker on the one we had so we both went refrigerator shopping. He kept saying, "pick whatever you want" but no, he had an opinion about all of them. This one had what both of us like. I like the look of it, the style is great, wonderful gray interior and great lighting. He likes the outside water and ice dispensers and the very large ice maker with a whole big enough for him to grab into (I don't know why that is important but it made his list). I wanted light and to see everything, easy cleaning with removable shelves that don't break because you move them to accommodate a large turkey or pan. I like the shelving and the ability to wipe down and clean the inside quickly. I like all the extra lights and the two outside drawers, he wanted one big drawer but I knew that would cause him to become a hoarder and he would again resort to his old ways of looking into a refrigerator and see a black hole. So, the way they have separated this beauty is wonderful. I use the small herb drawer inside for medications, yeast, and butter! The fact that I am no longer hunting and doing my Monday shift for stuff as I use to do with the side by side is a major plus for me. One of the smaller outside drawers I gave to my husband. He stores his beer, container of yogurt, and coffee cream. Between that drawer and the one next to it (which contains fruit) makes me happy. He no longer is asking where anything is in the fridge, so if he runs out of beer or soda, he restocks. I also like the two pull out shelves in the freezer and one large bin. Vegetables on top, frozen fruit next and as large as the bin is, you can still find what you are looking for! Husband has told me a dozen times, he likes his drawer and the ice maker and it was worth buying. One improvement: wine bottle holder.

Many great features including the soft close drawers. The platinum interior is also a very classy look. Because of the new features, it's just taking some reading to figure out how to use all of them.

There is so much space in drawers, too, that I am still trying to decide where to put things. Absolutely love the freezer! So much space in this refrigerator. My other side-by-side refrigerator was also a 25 cu ft with less room...

It has an air filter that keeps the fruits and vegetables fresh longer. Compressor is a little noisy, but not enough to annoy us. Beats our old SamSung any day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in December 2015. I was very happy until I removed the ice/water tray to clean underneath it. I have not been able to secure it back. It is extremely loose and is always falling off. I've called customer service to find out if I'm supposed to follow some steps, but they didn't know what needs to be done to click it back to be somewhat secure. They suggested to leave it off. It seems that an item this expensive should have some information on how to secure it back into place.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has a great internal layout with nice features such as the soft close drawer compartments and the foldback shelf. The LED lighting is plentiful and works well. Maybe I'm just old school, but it's missing a place to put your butter. I am a huge fan of soft close, I wish the french doors had soft close on them too. The shelving in the freezer works well for freezer storage.

Bought this fridge to replace a Kitchenaid fridge we have had for nearly 19 years. It will still be used as a 2nd fridge to store beverages, fruit, etc. That fridge has never had a repair done it and we have been very satisfied with it. Hope the new one lasts at least as long!
