Very stylish refrigerator with tons of room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator.I bought the black stainless steel and looks so modern and good in my kitchen. Love the storage I have now . Ice maker in the door is fabulous The interior grey color is way better than white.

Beautiful fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago. Never made ice. Ice cream melting. Waiting for repair man. First repair did not fix. Will see if kitchen aid does the right thing and replaces fridge. At this point not happy but will give them a chance to make it right. Stay tuned. Love all other kitchen aid products we have had. Never once a concern.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received this model to replace my few year old 3 door model-an essentially identical, 3 doors vs 5 doors. This is by far superior to the old model having to open the big doors to then get into the produce drawers. The stainless steel is not really fingerprint proof like my dishwasher is. Looks the same but definitely different.

Continual resetting problems.

Resetting problems a pain after year 2. Finally died when out of town for a few weeks and refrigerator ruined due to spoiled meat and food.

Beautiful but junk

I bought this 5 years ago and have had to replace control board , produce drawer wiring harness and now condenser is not working was told fridge is shot. So if you want to replace parts through the five years it works and then by a new one it’s perfect.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful but freezer does not function

We have had this model for 3 months. The freezer and ice maker stopped working after a couple of weeks. It runs constantly and makes buzzing sounds. We are still waiting for resolution and are on our third service call. What a terrible purchase.
