[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for about a month. There is some adjustment coming from a side by side to food placement and storage. That being said I do love it. It is very simple to figure the features. ( I spill water over my friends LG fridge because you have to place glass in different areas) This water/ice dispenser is what I'm use to one lever then select ice, crushed or water. I wasn't sure about the platinum inside, but it does accent your food and makes it very appealing when you open the doors. The outside is very impressive looking in my kitchen. This is the first time I ordered stainless steel because of the clean up, but this is proving to be very manageable. Finally with 3 drawers in the freezer it is easy to organize and find frozen foods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I love the look of this new fridge. But, it is too noisy. They're coming out to check these things out. Also, the freezer drawer isn't smooth to open. I think the ice maker should NOT be in the fridge part of the appliance. Every time I open fridge the ice melts a little. The ice maker isn't big enough for me. Had to have the men come level it again. I love it, but kinda, just a little disappointed in it. It cost way too much money!!

There is so much room in the freezer , I can see what is in the freezer and put my hand on what I am looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I read several of the reviews prior to purchasing this refrigerator. The refrigerator looks amazing and I love the organization it offers in both the refrigerator and freezer. The soft-close drawers are wonderful and provide great versatility. My only complaint is the water/ice dispenser. You cannot activate with a glass because of where the water comes out so you must use your hand to activate. I can't get the ice to come out without going everywhere. This is consistent with the other reviews I have read. That is the only down-side of this otherwise amazing refrigerator.
