[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this frig 6 weeks ago, & waiting for parts and service on it for over a week now. The ice cube department flap has been opened the whole time, letting cold air out, dripping condensation onto frig inside & out & on my wood floors. Having to wipe up after it 15 times a day or more. Service man looked at it & did not put unit back in right for the tray to hold in place. Falls out constantly. Wiping condensation off inside as well. Have to put on Max to keep cold inside. I was so happy with this frig when I bought it, cause it was accessible to the wheel chair bound person with the handles & height of the ice & water despenser. But not a happy camper now with this part being replaced quickly. Costing me more to run it with flapper opened up all the time, due to a small moter damaged when it left the factory. Sorry for bad review, but it's not working right & not being getting fast enough service on part.

I like how you can remove the ice dispenser box from the frig and pour out the ice when you need a lot to put in a bucket or cooler. The only negative so far is I wish the freezer had better lighting inside. The refrigerator itself has wonderful lighting inside and I can see everything. I like the outside pull out drawers for the vegetables and the other drawer can be deli, meat or whatever you choose.
