[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time that I've owned a Kitchen Aid refrigerator; so far, so good. Looks great, plenty of storage options, and seems to work well. However, the evaporator fan is loud. We had the service rep come listen and he said, yep, everything is running like it should. The fan is located in the back of the freezer, and pointed upward -- which may make it a little more noticeable. From outside, the fan almost sounds like its off-balance or grinding. It doesn't run all the time, so not too troublesome. Just an aspect of this refrigerator (or at least mine :)) that prospective owners should be aware of.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the LED lights inside at multi levels to see the food, and the gray interior. Also really like the extra exterior drawers to get to fruit and lunch meat/ cheeses without having to open the whole fridge.
The lower freezer also has (2) shallow drawers to store items above the main "chest" area so organizing items is easy without them getting lost in the "abyss" like so many drawer typoe freezers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All the amenities are excellent (drawers, lighting, interior shade, design, décor). I have one issue and would like to know if you have a fix for it. The water dispenser base is really loose and gets detached very easily and falls to the floor. Do you have a fix or replacement for it? That can get irritating after a while.

After arranging the shelves to work for how we use it, it is very conducive to our lifestyle. I really like the 2 drawers added to the traditional French Door style. It stays at a perfect temperature and makes great ice cubes.

Called for service and while waiting for an appointment the whole unit quit working. No freezer or refrigerator cools. Hundreds of dollars worth of food gone. I am not happy. For The money we paid expected it to last longer than 30 days

The freezer would be too small for me if I did not have a separate freezer in my garage. I like to entertain and stock up and not shop every week.i also wish it were in a finish that does not get fingerprints. There is enough room in the refrigerator section.
