[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lived with it for a month now. The icemaker is unnecessarily noisy. You can hear every part of it's ice making cycle. Other than that annoyance, I like the black stainless finish and the inside space and layout. Still getting used to the controls for the outside water/ice dispenser. Overall, it's just okay. Time will tell if we made a good choice.

I have received nothing but complements on this fridge and I am very satisfied. This fridge is beautiful and functional at the same time. Only suggestion would be to KitchenAid to make one larger size so you have another choice for a larger family.

I loved the look in the store the minute I saw it and was hoping it would fit in the space I had available. I am so happy it did. I like the "industrial" look of the unit. I also like the layout of both the refrigerator and freezer sections. The refrigerator has many of the features of a side by side yet in addition allowing room for sheet cakes or party players that a side by side wouldn't. The slide out drawers and compartments in the bottom drawer of the freezer allows for more organization than most other models I looked at during the selection process. Assuming it lasts as look as my previous Kitchen Aid refrigerator (20 years and still going in my garage) I couldn't be happier with this selection.
