I love the easy access to produce and deli items through the smaller drawers, which close themselves when they are within 1/2 inch of closing. Having a toddler in the house, this is a great benefit. The only drawback is the challenge when you are trying to store tall containers. There's limited room in the doors as well as on the shelf.

After about fifteen days, the inner drawers of the freezer started coming apart, along with the seal on the main freezer drawer. It was serviced and about five days later the same thing occurred. It is an obvious design flaw.
