I love everthing about it, from the black stainless steel color, the door handles, the interior lighting and color is different and awesome and I can see everything, to the pull out drawers that I especially like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first experience with KitchenAid products and it will be my last. We bought our refrigerator at the end of November 2016 and already we've had to have a tech come out and look at our fridge. The freezer door doesn't stay closed. All of our food in the freezer was ruined. We were told by KitchenAid it would take 6-8 weeks to replace the door. Not sure what they expect us to do for 6-8 weeks with no freezer? Not to mention that it makes a horrible loud noise at times. Yesterday, the ice machine in the door of the fridge stopped working. I came home to water all over my wood floors. I was told that they would send a tech out to look at the ice maker. Also, the water that comes out of the fridge is never cold. KitchenAid refuses to replace our fridge. So, now we have a freezer door that doesn't stay closed, an ice machine that doesn't work and no cold water. We upgraded all of our kitchen appliances with KitchenAid and it's been a horrible experience. The broiler on our oven doesn't work. Of course, I'm waiting on a tech to look at that as well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The dispenser with lock is a great feature that is a must with kids around. With no finger print mark and bold handles, it's stylish, amazing and it blended very well in my Kitchen. Highly recommended .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pretty machine never could get the refrigerator section consistently below 40 degrees, regardless of what the thermostat was set on. Repairman was unable to fully troubleshoot, and the folks at Kitchen Aid told him to buy a fancy, read expensive, special thermometer. He refused, rightfully. The LG we replaced it with worked great, and featured an interface with the owner's phone so LG tech could troubleshoot without coming out. HHGregg was great about replacing it; I'd use them again.
