[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought about 2 weeks ago and absoluty love it , we bought it to fit into our remolded but are not quite ready to do yet , My rental needed a new fridge , so we decided to give them our current fridge and buy the one we had already picked out for the new kitchen , Can't wait ! One thing I will say that kinda through me off was there is not a distinguished place for eggs like all the other fridges I've owned in the past. Not a deal breaker though.

Having a produce draw separate from the crisper is fabulous, and absolutely love the separate drawer that you can use for dairy, beverages, thawing, deli, etc., especially having temperature control for just that drawer. The platinum interior design is very nice and the lighting is great. The freezer has 2 extra drawers plus a place for your frozen pizza boxes and there is a divider in the main drawer. It also has easy to use controls for water, ice, temperature control, plus others. We are very happy with this refrigerator and would recommend it to family and friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the refrigerator and had it delivered on 9/3/16. We purchased based on past experience with Kitchen Aid Products and the style of the particular model.
After having the product in our home overnight, I noticed frost building up on our freezer door.
I thought the temperature might be set too low, so I raised it. This didn't help. I called for service and was told that the rubber seal along the door was bent. They sent me a new one 2 weeks later and it had the same problem.....so I didn't accept delivery. They sent another one 1 week later and again the same problem, but on the opposite side of the door. I was told they could try another one or just let me come in and pick out a different refrigerator. However, I had also purchased a microwave, dishwasher and stove that all matched and that I couldn't just pick out a different brand. Also, this was the only size that would fit in our space. So, they send out another one (the 4th) and finally that one seems to be ok.....although, it's only been 1 week since we've had it....."FINGERS CROSSED"!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] if there is such a thing as a gorgeous refrigerator, this would be it. the layout is awesome, the extra set of drawers in the upper area is perfect. its quiet and i cant even hear the ice maker which is far and away better than the fridge i replaced. it is a beautiful compliment to the new stove i installed and great job on using those handles!! they give it an "industrial" feel that looks like it belongs in a 4 star kitchen!!

I love everything about this new refrigerator including the LED lights, the shelves in the fridge section, the rolling doors in the freezer compartment, the simplicity of the exterior controls and the actual appearance.
