[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's been almost s month since delivery of my beautiful new refrigerator!!! It's been working just as it is supposed to be. Cold where it should be cold and freezing where ur should be freezing! After the horrible time i had with my previous new refrigerator that was only a year and a half old, i should kiss this refrigerator every day.. Praying that it will continue to be the great appliance that KitchenAids are known to be!!!

During installation something happened with the water filter and water poured all throughout the interior of the fridge, inside the ceiling, and all through the back panel. The only area to not get wet was the freezer. Then, after the installers left, we noticed that none of the drawers were true. The lines are not straight. I'm not sure if that is manufacturing or installation, but for the price, I'm not enamored. I'm hoping the fridge functions better than the installation and look. At this point, I'm not happy.
I'm only giving a recommendation because aim assuming the mechanics (minus the problem with the filter) will work properly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new Kitchen Aid refrigerator was delivered on July 5, 2016 and we could not be more pleased. All the doors, drawers and shelves are well designed for handy, efficient use. Everything lines up and works perfectly. The workmanship is solid and precise. I LOVE the 4 door design. The smaller drawers between the refrigerator section and the freezer are incredibly handy. They keep the meats and cheeses and the produce exactly right. The icemaker is great. It's the 3rd refrigerator I've had in 8 years and we plan to keep this one for a long, long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think the refrigerator is great! Its great for organization and being able to see your food better. It is large though and reaching into the back can be a problem if you have short arms. I would have never thought to try and reach to the back would be a problem but it is. The other problem is freezer space. There is not enough room if you are trying to freeze larger items like a turkey. Overall I think it is a beautifully made and love how you are able to see everything but I think you should address some of these areas.
I have purchased separate shelving pieces that i can pull out to reach in the back.
