Fridge is great. Customer service needs to improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The right middle drawer seal had started to come out. Called customer service and they scheduled a tech to come out to fix it. After 2 weeks the tech came out and said the middle drawer will need to be replaced because the seal cannot be repaired. I was told the parts will be ordered next week. I was not told that it will take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. The fridge cannot work because this drawer will not close all the way. What are we going to do for 6 to 8 weeks?? Customer service was not sympathetic at all. I wish they could repair this part faster. Overall the fridge is amazing though and our other Kitchenaid products are great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love this Fridge, but its a tad on the loud side!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are renovating our kitchen and wanted to replace our 15 year old fridge along with the other appliances. We were looking for something that was efficient as well as pleasant to look at and we found it with this fridge. the only downside is that its super noisy! you definitely know when its on and notice the quietness when it stops. Our old fridge was very quiet compared to this one.
We didn't read the reviews prior to our purchase and googled it after we plugged it in and heard it running. We weren't sure if it was defective or if thats how its made. Reading the comments from others, we learned that most negative comments were on the noise. Oh well, not much we can do about that now, but overall we are happy with the fridge and will get accustomed to the noise level. Its a beauty though!
