I do love this rechargeable salt pepper grinder. I am experiencing a bit of difficulty getting it to sit in the charge station properly. I have to push it in firmly to get it to charge properly. It is a bit annoying, but overall I am happy with this product.

It does not easily charge/recharge. If it is not perfectly sitting in the cradle, it will not charge. Every time I place it back in the cradle, I have to remember to check the charging light.
Plus, if you are using a rock salt, like a Himalayan salt, it will jam up the grinder and prevent operation.
