Cuisinart products are the best! I have an array of them from salt and pepper grinder to coffee grinder, I have an absolute great experience with them. Plus, they have the best customer service. Their representatives should train other companies' customer service people on how to treat their customers well.

I have purchased three of these items. However the first two never lasted longer than six months each. The fist one had battery issues the second one had the internal gears strip out. I wasn't smart enough to return the first two under the warranty program. If the one I'm currently using should fail within the warranty period I will see how that works. I like having my pink salt and organic pepper in one quick to use tool. We'll see how number three works out. More to come.

I cook a lot and this is a very convenient user friendly tool. I love that it works great and takes up minimal counter space. I though that the reservoirs were small but its hold a nice amount of pepper and salt. Takes a while to use it up. I bought 3 more for Christmas gifts.

Love this device! Had to quickly buy a replacement when I dropped and cracked the original.
You can quickly season any dish and, using the end cap, grind salt/pepper for recipe use (tsp/tbl). Placing the charging stand near the stove keeps it fully charged and in easy reach.
I am disabled with some hand issues. The button makes this easy (for me) to use, replacing manual grinders (as long as you pay attention to what you are doing and don't drop it - see above).

This was a replacement for my prior Cuisinart rechargeable salt and pepper shakers which broke and were replaced under warranty. I like this new model much better than the old one for several reasons: 1) The new design can be adjusted to give a much finer grind - the prior design ground too coarse; 2) The prior design had separate units for salt and pepper - the new unit has salt and pepper in one unit which is more convenient; 3) the attachment of the plastic spice housing to the main body (which broke on my prior grinder) is now more robust and should not break as easily. Overall, I like this new grinder very much.
