It did not work

I followed the directions and it worked for 1 second then stopped. I then cleared both ends and tried again....it worked 1 second then stopped. I exchanged it for another one thinking it was a defective one and the same thing happened...it would not work. I sent both back and bought a different product from a different manufacturer and it works perfectly! Sorry Cuisinart, usually your products are good, but this one is not.

Salt and Pepper grinder

This is the 2nd of this item I have had. First one worked like a charm until an internal plastic part broke. This one worked the first night only and keeps jamming to the point that it won’t grind at all - either side.
I would recommend this to a friend!
