I have considered a powered pepper mill for quite a while. Now that I have it I wish I had made the move sooner. It saves SO much time! There is no substitute for the taste of freshly cracked pepper, and this mill makes it a breeze to enjoy.

It works as advertised, but has a somewhat whiny noisy motor in the unit. I have had to unjam it when the red salt I put in the salt end caused the motor to bind when it was held vertically. It's best to hold the device at about a 30 degree angle when using especially if the salt you are using has larger crystals in it.

I like the idea of the 2 in 1, but the salt side keeps jamming.(several times since purchase) and it's a little heavier than anticipated. I like the electric grind as my hands & wrists have difficulty with manual grinders. I guess I'm destined to cleaning it every few weeks.

Stopped charging, still waiting on replacement

This was a great product until it stopped charging, they are going to send me a replacement but I’ve been waiting almost a month for them to ship me a new one.

It never worked right. The motor died. I had one previous that I dropped and it broke. I loved it and it worked well. The one I have now is useless. I wrote to the company and they never responded.
