Great salt and pepper grinder we use it everyday countless times per day! No problem at all but I would say sometimes it's a little difficult to reinstall the canisters after refilling.

The grinding sounds seems a little weak, but it does a good job grinding the pepper. There is a cap to put on the salt end to keep dust out. The cap also acts as a1 tsp. measuring cup. However, you cannot see how much salt has been ground into the measuring cup until you remove it. They should have made the cup larger, so you could see the amount of salt you have ground, WITHOUT having to remove it.

Works great.. love it.. I also have the cuisinart S&P grinder where they’re 2 separate grinders this one works just as well and doesn’t take up as much space on the counter. Wish I had seen this one before I bought the other one.

I love this product once we got it to work. Even though it was charged, I could not get it to grind until I discovered one of the peppercorns and one of the sea salt morsels was stuck in the grinder not allowing it to grind. Once that was cleared out, it works perfectly and I am happy with it but I think that should be included in the troubleshooting part, which I don't believe it was.
