Very good performance, saves money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model is a basic no frills model. But it cuts through all the unnecessary settings which are nice but seldom used. It dries clothes much faster than my old machine, which saves money and energy. It is also a sturdy machine yet very very quiet. I would buy it again if needed.

Solid dryer for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first dryer broke down because we neglected to properly clean the lint duct. After some research, I found this dryer to be the best at the price. It is simple and does not have any flashy features, but that is exactly why it is good. It gets the job done and is affordable. So far, it is running smoothly and it is far more quieter than my last dryer. If you want a solid dryer without breaking the bank, I highly recommend this dryer.

lint trap is flimsy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] it is difficult to remove the lint from the trap. you have to wet your fingers and run your finger over the lint to get it out. your fingers get all dirty and yucky. also the trap is not designed for strength so I think it will start to tear and need replacement in a couple years. I don't want to think about how much ge will charge for a replacement filter. everything else about the dryer is excellent. I don't understand why they went with such a bad design on the lint filter.
