have had 3 service calls in the first month, problem can be fixed. appears drum is out of round and scrapes when it rotates.seller says they will take it back and give us a nother brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

the lint trap is ridiculous.. its impossible not to get lint all over your clean dry clothes just from opening the dryer door..i empty the lint trap after every single use and it doesn't make any difference
