I purchased the machine two years ago. I have saved money and food by vacuum packing all my frozen and surplus foods purchased! It does what it say it does- saves foods!

I've been using Food Saver Bags for quite a while. Used to purchase them at Wall Mart, couldn't find the ones I liked so looked up Food Saver and started getting them there, and yes, even cheaper, now get them 3 at a time. I do have the Food Saver machine with the suck down attachment and love it. I would pack up my cheese slices, suck them down and later that week need more cheese, reopen the sucked down bag, take out what I need and re suck it down and still have the cheese not age a bit until time to use it again. So I do love the convenience of the machine and always being able to get my bags. Also the food stays fresher so much longer than regular zip lock bags, saving you much more money. so thanks to Food Saver, I save money every day. Joy

the product (sealable bags) and tool held great potential and a good idea. However, it was more suited for an older vacuum sealer and did not lend itself to my model. But knowing the quality of FoodSaver products, I have no doubt this would have worked well.

I got these bags to use with my deli meats, I got them seal great,but they didn't hold the seal. I thought that maybe it was just a bad bag,however that wasn't the case,I tried a couple more & they did the same thing. I dodn't know it could have been a bad batch of bags,I will give them a second chance.I do love my food saver ,it has saved me a lot of money

Bought this recently, and love these bags! So easy to use, and they can be resealed. So u can fill up the bag, use some of it and reseal again. Esp. helpful for traveling. I have both quart & gallon sizes. Wish it also came in pint size. Maybe someday.

Love these bags bc you can use them over and over and they keep all food fresh for longer which is great in a house with 3 small children
