I use this with my black counter Food Saver. Love it. Senior citizen and can buy food in bulk at lower prices, freeze and have plenty for a long while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these bags. I bought the hand held machine 4 years ago and they make a big difference when freezing food. There is only two of us at home so the quart size bags are a perfect fit for us. I use them in the summer for my shredded zucchini and stewed tomatoes. Great bags.

I found a frequent failure in maintaining a seal when using these bags. The vacuum would not hold for more than a few minutes after sealing in probably one-third of them. That meant both a waste of time and money to re-do them, but a loss of trust that any particular bag would work in my freezer. Those that did hold for an hour or so have seemed to remain sealed as expected.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
