Will not maintain the vaccuum

I have tried everything. These bags will simply not maintain the vaccuum. Within minutes there is air in the bag. Multiple tries with different foods yeild the same result. And yes I have triple checked that the zipper is closer and done so per instructions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
