This product saves money

I am single and live alone. Leftovers are part of my life. Using these bags save me money and keep the food tasting as good as when it was first prepared.

Disappointed. Some hold well and others leak.

I was very excited about the idea of using this product specifically in my fridge with sliced cheese and/or cold cuts. I ordered both gallon and quart bags. Unfortunately, both with quarts and gallons, some would hold their seal and others would leak. I might as well use a regular zip closure bag or standard Food Saver vac bags.
I have been using Food Saver Sealing unit for several years. I like the canisters and the regular and wide mouth jar sealing accessories. However, I will NOT reorder this product due to it's inconsistency from bag to bag in holding/leaking it's seal.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent for keeping food fresh

The quart bag works well for keeping most anything fresh longer. The only downside to this product is if it is used for freezer storage, the little plastic air trap may fall off. This is understandable since the bags were made for the refrigerator.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this product on cheese.
Whenever block cheese goes on sale I make sure to stock up.
I cut what I need off the block, leave the wrapper on it, and throw it in the Foodsaver bag.
Use the hand vac on it and back in the fridge.
I no longer have to deal with cheese going bad quickly, or a hard rind being formed on the end that is exposed to the air.
I had this very use in mind when I bought the bags and I am very happy to say the work as intended.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been a FoodSaver user for years and love it, however since I started using the FreshSaver I couldn't be happier!! It's always at hand charged up & ready to go!!!! Also, DOESN'T take up valuable counter space, Although have had trouble finding replacement bags at local retailers. Overall my favorite & most used kitchen gadget. My wife even uses it & she's a bit kitchen challenged! LOL !!!

I'm in love with this product

There are just two of us, so when cooking I very often have half or more of an onion or tomato or suchlike left over. I used to use the 6" roll material to seal these up, but the supply I bought when it was discontinued is almost gone. The re-usability of these bags is the answer.
I recently went out of town for five days, and when I returned discovered half a tomato sealed up in one of these. It was perfectly fresh, even after at least a week. AND, I can wash these out an re-use them. People who complain about the "waste" of a couple of inches of roll material with each use should switch to these.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quart Refrig Zipper Bags

These bags and the hand held sealer have been a true blessing in disguise. Having this product for everyday usage, and I mostly use it for cheeses, has saved me so much money in spoiled cheese. As well as bacon bits, salad makings just all sorts of everyday foods that keep air away from spoiling. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't use these bags or the hand held sealer at least 3 times. Absolutely love this product!

This is really interesting I had one of the original FoodSaver devices on my countertop for the last 15 years. It was white very simple just open it up put the bag in and it seals it. Very basic. Now I have the unit that stands up and I use the zipper lock bags so much easier. The bags are reusable and I have enough bags to last me forever now. It's very inexpensive, the bags actually cost more than the unit itself but like I said you just have to get the basic unit I'll show you a picture on my countertop and takes up no space at all. Awesome!!
