I bought quart and gallon bags along with the hand vacuum and they are very easy to use, dure long with one charge, and bags are sealed very well. Fresh mozarella would last few days without vacuum but now it is good in weeks. I had small issue with shipping but everything turned out alright. I recommend these products

This is the first time I used the FS vacuum zipper bags. They exceeded my expectations. They are a much thicker gauge plastic than the store bought non vacuum Ziploc bags. They are easy to use and I have reused the bag multiple times to store my crackers. I'll use them for other food products.

The concept of vacuum food storage is beautifully simple, but these bags are not always op to the task. I have used the zipper bags for only a few weeks and have found them to be inconsistent in their ability to hold a vacuum, especially the 2nd time I try to use them.( I know all about sealing the zipper part firmly against the countertop.) I even decreased the amount of vacuum pressure, but many of them re-inflated with air. So to summarize, don't be surprised to find this hit-or-miss performance.
