I use these bags along with the hand-held FoodSaver vacuum. They are heavy duty in their thickness, and can be washed and reused.

I need bags that are freezer safe to use with the handheld vacuum sealer. These are not. And I haven't been able to find any at all. I was told on the website these were. Packaging says differently.

Bags did not work very well.

Bought 18 of the reusable quart bags for the small handheld sealer and not even half of them worked. The handheld sealer works great! The bags will not keep a seal (and yes I made sure they were sealed up tight) for more than a day. Very dissapointed!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good for Short Term Storage

Been using to store cheese and lunch meat. Very easy to use but reseal not good after 2 or 3 times. Gone to making large storage bags off of roll bags and just cutting down bag to re-store products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use a ton of zip lock bags but could never get enough air out to satisfy me. These vacuum zip locks are great for saving cheese slices, lemon slices-even did sliced tomatoes. Just be careful to moniter process and get it turned off before it crushes items. Washes up well and I dry them over a tall glass.
