The idea of the zipper bag is very good but some of the bags that I received cannot hold the vacuum for very long. I zipped some ginger in the quart size bag and put it in the refrigerator it loses its vacuum in couple days. I have to re vacuum it again every couple day for storage, but this quart size bag is a lot better than the gallon bag already. The gallon bag is even worse it loses the vacuum in minutes. Overall, I like the idea of the products, but quality control needs to be better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These zipper bags are very handy and don't take up a lot of room in your freezer, we use it a lot to freeze extras then take out what you need from the bag and refreeze. Works great
