These bags are pricey but they prevent freezer burn. after washing a few times, the plastic disk that is on the corner (where you suck out the air), comes off and now the bag is no longer unusable

Been using the rolls, but like the vacuum zipper bags because you can reseal again and again. Much more cost effective.
