The concept of these bags are nice, however the quality's not consistant. I have stopped purchasing these bags over 2 years ago, due to frustration in this product. Recently I decided to give them another try and still the frustrating issue remains. Everytime I have purchased these bags about a quarter of them do not hold the vacuum seal. I am talking fresh out of the package...sealed correctly. This may not seem like much of an issue for some people, but it is for me. Afterall, if I wanted just regular food storage bags I would just by Ziplock brand bags. I gave 3 stars instead of 1 star because when the quality is right, the bags do perform
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These are wonderful for keeping cheese fresh and also for meats that you don’t use the entire amount. Just put it in the bag , use your hand vacuum and it will stay fresh!
