You should not put these in the freezer. The small sticky part where you vacuum seal the bag comes off. It sticks to your floor our wherever it lands and is VERY hard to get up. It even took the varnish off my kitchen floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The zipper vacuum seal bags are so much quicker to use. We buy a months supply of meat and I separate it into our size proportions in the vaccum seal bags, date it, and pop them in the freezer. Never any freezer burn and the meat is a bright fresh color after thawing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
