Terrible design

I've used this bag for about 3 weeks now and it was great for about a week. Now he front sags far down that it falls over and it is difficult to use it as a spinner. The body is not stable, has no support for contents, and the laptop slot being at the back makes it the most unsafe place to store it. You can not lay the backpack in it's back, which I have to so it doesn't fall over, because the weight of everything else ends up sitting on the laptop. I bought this to use for books while going to school and I really wish I had bought something else. The pockets are also impractical. I am disappointed because our family buys Samsonite products often.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item for work to replace a standard back-pack. I needed to get the weight off my back due to disc problems and this roller did the trick. It has plenty of room and so far seems durable enough for all the travel. I would have given it a 5 but I find the laptop pocket a little cumbersome to get the laptop into and out of. Otherwise it's great.
