Nice product but,....!

The back pack has room for storage and meets my needs. The main problem is that the wheels have a mind of their own. It rolls off to the one side or the other. I'm constantly pulling it back to roll in a straight line. Also, when the handle is fully extended, it doesn't stay extended but collapses, so I'm constantly pulling the handle up to the fully extended length. The problems are bad but it is an inconvenience.
Pros: Durable, Easy to pack, Good Padding, Strong Zippers
Cons: The handle doesn't stay extended., The wheels roll to the left or right.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hard to find wheeled backpack within this capacity that will fit easily in a small plane /regional jet overhead compartment. Very reasonably priced and seems like high quality. We will see how it holds up over time. Very happy so far ( two trips in)

Great for short trips. Love all of the compartments. Very well constructed. Wish it had a nore sturdy handle. It tends to wabble and can be hard to stir. Otherwise a great backpack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I carry my computers and papers and lunch to work and back. The bag is lightweight and easy to roll. It does have a tendency to fall forward (center of balance is kind of funny) but it is well-constructed and the compartments make sense. I have added a luggage strap to "cinch in" the middle of the bag so it has a smaller footprint as I'm hauling it everywhere and putting it behind my driver's seat. Wheels seem strong/sturdy.
