Best Purifier Ever

Got the Blue Air 211+ Auto on Wednesday June 29th. After setting it up, I noticed a big difference in the air quality. I severe mold allergy’s and some mild ones. I’m now living in a 50 year old senior apartment housing complex. Air quality sucks big time. I was coughing, sneezing and runny nose now for six weeks. I also have mild asthma.As soon as I set the purifier up, so much better. I lived in a house for 53 years, and had other air purifiers, but no way near as good as this one. Thank you so much, I can finally breath.

Very disappointed

We have another model Blueair filter that works very well -- this one (the Pure 211 + Auto) does not seem to work at all. The "auto" feature does NOTHING. It also has a HORRIBLE one-button power button that is impossible to figure out. This was an expensive mistake.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry you were experiencing difficulty with the 211+ Auto. The control surface does operate a little differently than the 121. On the 211+ Auto the button goes to sleep after a few seconds (lights turn off) and it needs to be tapped again to wake up and then proceed to change the fan speeds. Also while the filter will help with VOCs and odors, the sensors are only calibrated for particle matter (PM 2.5), so the Auto mode will not respond to changes in VOC or odor levels. I got purifier about one month ago. I have a cat at home and he sheds a lot in this season. The purifier helps me a lot on cleaning the air so I don’t sneeze all the time when I’m staying at my room.

This is for the basic 211, not the Auto. It is great! Been using for a month or so and it helps clean the air/allergens and dust in our home.
