Good every-day air purifier.

I have owned one of these for about 6 months now. I didn't have any strange smells and the air it produces smells very clean with the carbon filter installed. Super quiet on setting one and still moves a ton of air. Also looks great in the house, like it belongs. I also like the long 6-month life of the filters.

I bought this air purifier to eliminate the odors coming into my apartment from the apartment below me. To my pleasant surprise, the odors were removed quickly! I can now breath fresh air!! Thank you for such an effective product that is moderately priced!

It really does the job

I bought this in mid-June and have been really impressed, We've had a very smoky summer so far and the air in our bedroom, where we have the filter, is noticeably better than in the rest of the house. It's probably time to start thinking about adding a few more. My husband used to wake up every morning sneezing and that hasn't happened except for just a few days ago. He later discovered he had knocked the plug out of the wall sometime in the night. He is now a believer too! It is very quiet in nighttime mode, but with the heavy smoke, we've been running it in the higher setting. It's still a good background hum, not rattley or high-pitched, so easy to sleep with.

I have the 211 plus auto in the center of my apartment so it perfectly cleans the shared air for my kitchen, dining and living room space. I mostly enjoy the auto fissure every time I start cooking it comes to life and help remove a lot of the smoke and food odors which I really appreciate since our kitchen doesn't have an extractor just the one that pushes the air forward. The auto sence feature really does work I've been messing with it to test it out. Every time I turn on my essential oil diffuser it detect those particles also I've burn some sage from far away and again it worked. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Not good for smell removal

I stated my needs for odor removal on Blueair website and this Pure 211+ auto was recommended this I purchased it , but it doesn't do its job. Otherwise we don't need it much..

high pitched squeaking noise when fan is running

out of the box, the fan makes a high pitched squeaking noise that won't go away. it is not loud - it's not a screeching noise, but almost like a quiet beeping noise that is constant. I understand that no fan is completely silent but this is not a fan noise... have been looking for troubleshooting tips and finding FAQ/support to be limited.

Looks good, and runs super quiet. We have it in our living room/dining room area and leave it running almost 24/7; it’s easy to forget about it because of how quiet it is. We also like the auto run feature that dials it back based on air quality.
