I have had this air purifier for over a year, the best ever. I have bad allergies and I am so much better. It’s quiet and the company is so reliable and Jordan has been so helpful. Thank you for a great product.

Great Air Purifier!

I have been using the Pure 211 + since March of 2018, and just changed the filter for the first time. This air purifier does a fantastic job and when it comes time to change the filer, it is a fast and very easy process. I plan to purchase another Pure 211 soon, and I highly recommend this product! It received the top rating on Consumer Reports, too!

I read extensively before settling on BlueAir - most independent reviews rated them the best HEPA filters - the many different sizes the offered made it possible to outfit the various conference rooms, offices and common areas and each of the filters is silent, sturdy and attractive

It has an interesting odor but seems to help my sons with their allergies

I want to assure you that the materials and manufacturing processes used to produce Blueair filters are all carefully monitored and regulated, so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please also note that many new products release a smell upon opening and initial use, including filter media. The newness smell should typically move through and out of the filter within 48 hours of use, but if you have run the air purifier for 48 hours and are still experiencing this issue, we are always happy to send out a replacement filter at no cost to help make this situation better.
