I’ve had my Blueair Pure 211 Plus Auto for over a month and it performs flawlessly. The air in my home is noticeably cleaner and fresher. When it’s in Auto mode it’s so quiet you can barely hear it. And when the air get dirtier the fan increases to clean the air quickly and then reverts back to Auto mode. If you’re considering getting an air purifier for your home, this is the one to get. You won’t regret it.

I bought two air purifiers and one seems fine but the fan stopped working on the second one within two weeks. Very disappointing. I had to package the dysfunctional one up and send it back and I have yet to be reimbursed. I won’t buy from this company again.

I bought this for our new home to help with any VOCs, etc - I notice a big difference having the air purifier for sleeping versus when I don't have it in the room. It's nice to look at, quiet (unless you choose the louder/stronger setting). I plan to buy more for other rooms in the house.

I bought the BlueAir 211+ about a month ago. Wish we’d made this purchase years ago. We’ve been operating it 24/7 and it is very quiet. We have very lttle, if any, dust and it filters the air rather quickly when we cook. If I could change anything, it would be a larger variety of available colors for the outside first stage filter which are also difficult to get as they are usually not in stock. We are currently having to use the same one and wash it every week.

I bought a 211+ last fall and was so pleased with the performance that I decided to buy a second unit for the family room. Instead I bought a 211+ Auto and the improvement over an already awesome machine in kind of mind-blowing.
The older unit is in the family room in the basement and I put the new 211+Auto in the living room. It's so so so quiet. But I love the way it kicks in when it senses pollutants/irritants in the air. If I cook anything that smokes (e.g., tortillas in a cast iron pan), I can hear the Auto kick into a higher gear until it has cleaned the air sufficiently and lowers the fan automatically.
The effectiveness of the filters is good enough that I've seen a clear improvement in my allergies and a decrease in my need for extra allergy meds. Typically in the spring and summer I need to double my allergy meds (2x per day) to keep my asthma under control but I've only needed a second dose once or twice this year!
I also love the pre-filters. It's easy to see when it's time to change the pre-filter. They're easy to change, easy to wash, and a great way to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the units. Finally, I appreciate the filter replacement subscription. It significantly reduces the mental & organizational friction of maintaining the units and keeps my indoor air quality as high as possible year round. When I received my first replacement filter, I thought to myself, meh, it hasn't been THAT long; maybe I can save some money and squeeze a little more time out of the old filter. Then I compared the old filter to the new one and the difference between the two made it clear that 1) the filter had worked hard for 6 months, and 2) a new filter would ensure continued good results.

I bought one initially for my remodeled basement and I liked it so much I bought a second one for the living room upstairs. These units look great, are quiet in auto mode, and work great. Helps with dust and definitely helps with cutting down aerosols generated during cooking.
