I like GE Products, but...

Purchased the GE free standing range in Nov 2015, my oven light has already gone out. Didn't expect that to happen so soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I got this oven in November and it has been working great. Nice features and easy to care for. GE is a solid company.

this was a very nice addition to my 70's home remodel. Have not had long enough to use all nice features, but looking forward to them. Basic clean appearance with extras that will be very helpful. Am very happy with it. Even bought aluminum pan liners to keep it nice with all the cooking I do on a daily basis.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Burners don't tightly fit the burner pan notches, the pop out of the notches. Not happy with this.

Good basic electric stove

Burners heat quickly and if anything the problem is finding a cooler setting because even at the lowest setting a large pan of tomato sauce still bubbled away. I am generally satisfied with the product, one design feature that needs improvement is the handle on the storage drawer, it is very hard to grasp as it is rounded and slippery.
I would recommend this to a friend!
