Cooks so much faster than normal

We chose our appliances through our builder who has, I’m fairly certain, has a contract with GE. We couldn’t more more pleased with our oven. Not only does it look good, it also performs well.

I bought a brand new house 3 1/2 years ago. We certainly dont use the oven on a daily basis. Tonight, the oven stopped working and displayed a note about the Lower Oven Cooling Fan being non op and requires repair. Really? So soon. Cant wait to see what else fails next.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
