Combo oven

I have this in my summer home. I bought it because it fit in cabinet. I was disappointed that I couldn't run the convection oven on both the top and bottom ovens at the same time. Also, that the micro doesn't work when cleaning bottom oven. All in all it seems to cook fine and I am generally happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Seriously GE got it right! This microwave is nothing like I have experienced before - rubber food in the past. The dial system helps you find exactly what you are cooking and does it without turning into yuck! No need for paper towel over dish - nothing blows up - no spatters! LOVE LOVE LOVE this appliance

Don't spill!

I've had this for about a month. Yesterday, I spilled milk on the inside of the microwave flip-down door. I cleaned it up but some of it seeped through the gap between the glass panel and metal frame and got trapped there. Apparently, there's no way to take the door apart myself to clean it. I'd have to make (and pay for) a service call, which I probably won't do. So, that milk will likely be trapped there for as long as I have the oven. Which is too bad because the oven looks really cool. Or it did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

High End Oven

Combination of speed cook and microwave on top oven is great feature. Oven has worked well thus far but will to see how it holds up over the years.

GE Cafe CT9800

My wife and I remodeled out kitchen and selected the GE Café CT9800 as our microwave/oven combo. We look at several different brands. We are so happy with our selection. The stainless steel looks just beautiful and really accents our new cabinets.
One of the great features is how well this oven holds temperature. My wife made our family's pumpkin break recipe, which is very temperature sensitive. And the pumpkin bread came out fabulous! Better then it's even been.
The top panel controls both the Microwave and Oven. It's easy to use and enjoyable to work with. The center rotating knob controls most options and is very easy to use.
We would definitely choose this oven again!

All my family and friends are shocked at my new combo microwave and oven. I love that I basically got an extra oven as the microwave can function as an oven too!

Beautiful Oven-Microwave Combination

We researched many brands of oven and microwave combinations before selecting this GE Café model. It is a beautiful unit; however, it is difficult to reach over the open door to the back of the microwave to clean up spatters. Both the oven and microwave work very well. We do find that the oven is slow to pre-heat and its racks do not slide as smoothly as those in our GE Café Dual Fuel range, which was purchased at the same time.
