We just bought a new home and upgraded to the Cafe series. Everything has been great but this upper convection/microwave oven is AWESOME! Already finding many new and useful things these do. Highly recommend.

I am so excited to continue to use this double oven. we put it in with our new kitchen remodel. the holidays are coming and I will have enough room to cook for our big family with this and our range! I am so excited!

Don't like the microwave door

So far I like the unit except for the microwave door. It swings down. That means you start about 12 inches further out when you need to access the microwave. My shoulder hurts from reaching in the microwave. I have to get a step stool to reach the back of the microwave to wipe it off. It might work if it were set lower in the cabinets. But I was replacing a GE micro/oven combo so I had no options. Maybe in time I will adjust to this mocrowave, but right now I am not thrilled.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I’m still learning

I love the even cooking and easy to change rack levels in bottom oven. I’m still trying to figure out the top oven. I burn my hands when I use the metal insert for speed cooking. You have to push and turn dial quite often to choose functions. Also you can’t broil with the door open or have oven on with door open. I have a few recipes that I would leave door ajar and I can’t.
