I love the convenience of this microwave. It has so many options for quick heating and defrosting but is easy to use. I like that it heats gently, it doesn't over heat your food in a few seconds. For larger dishes, it is nice to be able to shut the turntable off.

Although we had problems at the beginning, the first unit would not work, the second unit was dented upon unpacking, but the third unit was just fine and has worked just fine since I installed it. The one issue noticed by my wife was that this unit's over the range lights on the bottom had been moved to the back and the exhaust fan had been moved to the front. This was just the opposite of the original microwave we previously owned. This design change resulted in me installing two additional can lights in the kitchen ceiling for some additional lighting over the range. But everything is fine and the microwave does work fine.
