Excellent product which performs flawlessly but the lack of a beverage key leaves a little to be desired. I would prefer a beverage key to the soften/melt key.

User interface requires entering 3 to 4 digits. I think the system could be smart enough to add the 2 zero automatically when I enter one digit and press start. for example If I press 1 then start, the system should take this as 1:00The unit was advertised to steam cook vegetable, etc... I thought that was an interesting feature but was disappointed to find out that I need to do is place a bowl of water inside. So why is it so different from other products?? This should be better explained.I like the fact that it is 1000W. I think this is about right for our use

I love, love, love the streamline design of this microwave. The sound levels are perfect for me and my family. It cleans up with ease. I think it is a Great Product. I would recommend this manufacturer for all of your upcoming appliance purchases.

Lots of easy great features

We bought this along with several other Whirlpool appliances as we were updating our kitchen. It is extremely easy to use with easy to follow "menus". It heats food up quickly and evenly and is great at defrosting.

Replaced a 15 year old Whirlpool microwave with a new one. The old one just plain wore out. Hope to get another 15 years out of this one.
